1. Acceptance

By accessing or using tempmail (the "Service"), provided by MBox ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account registration

You must register an account to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

4. Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in USD via our payment processor. Renewal is manual — your plan will not auto-renew. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We may change pricing for new orders at any time. Existing paid periods are not affected by price changes; you pay whatever the price is at the time of each renewal.

5. Service availability

We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. User content and data

You retain ownership of email content received through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us the limited right to store and process that content as required to deliver the Service.

We will not access the content of your messages except as required to operate the Service, comply with law, or investigate suspected abuse.

7. Domains

Adding a domain to your account requires that you control its DNS records. We may transfer a domain to another account that proves DNS control if we determine you have lost control of it. Your data archive remains accessible for 30 days after such a transfer.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MBox against any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard and via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Egypt.
