What we collect

• Account data: email address, hashed password, OAuth provider IDs, sign-in timestamps.
• Usage data: domains and accounts you create, API request logs (path, status, latency), webhook delivery logs.
• Email content: messages received at addresses you create on the Service. Stored only for the configured retention window.
• Billing data: plan, billing cycle, expiry, invoice records. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

How we use it

We use this data to operate the Service, provide support, prevent abuse, and (where applicable) bill you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

Email message handling

Inbound messages are stored in the configured database and auto-deleted at the end of the retention window for your plan. We do not read message content except as needed to operate the Service or to investigate abuse you have reported.

If you delete a message, account, or domain, we delete the data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it longer.

Sub-processors

We use these sub-processors to operate the Service:

• Cloud infrastructure provider (compute + storage)
• Payment processor (billing only)
• Transactional email provider (delivery of verification, password-reset, and renewal emails)

Cookies and tracking

The Service uses functional cookies / localStorage to store your authentication token. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Where applicable under your local law (e.g., GDPR / CCPA), you may also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Data retention

Email content is retained for the duration of your plan's retention window. Account metadata is retained for 30 days after account deletion, then permanently removed. Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax law.

International transfers

Your data is stored on servers in Egypt. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed there.

Changes

We will notify you of material changes to this policy via email or dashboard banner.
