Manual renewal

Paid plans on tempmail are not auto-renewed. Each renewal is an explicit action you take. This means most "I forgot to cancel" refund situations don't apply — there's nothing to cancel.

Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of any paid charge if you have not materially used the paid features. Materially used means: created additional domains beyond your previous tier, added webhooks beyond your previous tier, or made API calls that depend on a paid tier feature.

How to request

Email [email protected] from the email on your account, with the date of the charge and a brief reason. We respond within two business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus any processor fees we cannot recover.

Service interruptions

If we cause a material interruption to your Service for more than 24 consecutive hours, we will issue prorated credit toward your next renewal on request. This is in lieu of a cash refund.

Suspension or termination for cause

If your account is suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, we are not obligated to issue a refund.
